Coleshill Manor a listed Building refurbished and converted to provide luxurious offices including the refurbishment of the existing stable and courtyard buildings.

The development includes the provision of New Build Offices, a gatehouse and Estate Management facilities to care for the 200 acre development.

The Mechanical Service Works were carried out on a Design and Build basis.
