Workforce

At Hartle we pride ourselves on our reputation to deliver quality and reliability, to achieve this we are supported by well trained staff and operatives.

Contract Managers

Our Contract Managers have a wealth of experience and most would have at least 20 years behind them. They are involved in projects at a very early stage then develop their project plan involving labour resource, critical procurement and co-ordinated programming.

Site Managers

Site Managers are appointed to projects whereby multi skilled labour and sub-contractors are required. All of our Site Managers are craftsman of the highest calibre and would have achieved this status with either full craft apprenticeship or be very experienced in their field. They are site specific and are capable of attending regular site progress meetings and liaise direct with the clients own site manager.

Operatives

At Hartle we have a training culture to train on an on going policy to select suitable candidates for craft apprenticeships in heating and ventilation and plumbing and have done so over the last 25 years. Most of our operatives are long serving members of the business.
